If you have a product that you believe is faulty or not performing as it should, you have several options to make a warranty claim. You can:
- Return to the store of purchase along with a receipt
- Contact the supplier directly to make a claim
- Contact our warranties team via this form
All warranty claims are assessed on a case by case basis and will be responded to as quickly as possible. In most cases the supplier will need to be contacted to assess the product, and the product will likely need to be returned to us.
