In order for the points to be credited to the VIP account, the email address used to place the online order must match the email address registered with us for your in-store VIP account. Please note that the email address is case sensitive.
If the email addresses match, the points will be added to your account once we have completed and dispatched your order.
If you believe there is an issue with your VIP points not appearing from your online order, please contact us with the following:

- Email linked to VIP account
