Many of the Products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions on or in the packaging.
If a Product has a Major Manufacturing Fault or Defect, you are entitled to a replacement (if available) or refund.
If a Product has a Minor Manufacturing Fault or Defect, we may provide a repair within a reasonable time. If we cannot repair the product within a reasonable time, then we may offer you a replacement (if available), refund or in-store credit.
Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, failure to take reasonable care or failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions are not considered to be faulty.
Products marked as seconds or samples cannot be returned due to the fault that was identified at the time of purchase.

Once our Customer Service team has received the above information, they will evaluate the fault and get in touch with you to organise a replacement or refund if the original stock ordered is no longer available.
