I purchased an item and now you are offering it at a cheaper price
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, pricing and promotional sales can start, withdrawn or be extended at any time.
Unfortunately we do not have to refund the difference if purchased outside of a discount/sale event.

Why am I now being charged shipping? My order was over $29
Free shipping is available on all orders over $29, after any and all discounts have been applied. If your order is over $29 and once a discount has been applied the total is reduced to below $29, then a shipping fee will apply.
I did not receive my discount
It is possible that you did not redeem the coupon code correctly at check out. Although you may have entered the code, you also need to click redeem for the discount to be applied. Alternatively the items you have purchased may not be valid.
