When can I collect my order?
Once you've placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. This indicates we have received and accepted your order.
After receiving your order confirmation email, you will be contacted directly by a representative from your nominated store to confirm that your order is ready for collection.
How long do I have to collect my order?
From the time you are contacted, you have 14 days to come into store to collect your order.
If your order is not collected within 14 days, it may be cancelled.
If we have to cancel your order the purchase price will be refunded to you using the same payment method as originally paid. If you paid with a card, then please bring that same card with you in order for us to process the refund.
What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?
When collecting your items, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email (this can either be on your mobile device or a print out), and at least one form of photo identification (such as a current driver’s license, passport or proof of age card).
Your identification must have the same name and address that is printed on the order confirmation email.
Can someone else collect my order?
We recommend that the person named on the order should collect the purchase, however if for any reason you cannot pick it up, you can nominate a person to collect it on your behalf.
The person collecting your order must:
- Present a copy of the order confirmation email
- Their own photo identification (such as a current driver’s license, passport or proof of age card)
The store will then need to contact the customer named on the order confirmation email to confirm that their nominated person attending the store is authorised to collect the order on their behalf.
The person collecting the order will be required to produce their signature as evidence that they have collected the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have received your order confirmation by email, if you wish to amend or cancel part of, or the whole order, then you will need to make contact with your chosen store using the information found on the order confirmation email.
