If your order has been shipped, but it’s no longer wanted you can refuse delivery and please reach out to our Customer Service team with the following information:
- Name on order:
- Order Number:
- Address:
Once our Customer Service team has received the above information, they will get in touch with an Return Authorisation (RA) number. Once the parcel has been returned to our warehouse, our Returns Team will organise a refund back to the original method of Payment.
Please keep in mind that without a Return Authorization (RA) number, the refund process may take longer.
Alternatively, if you have a MyPost account with Australia Post, you can check if redirection is available for your delivery and request a redirection.
