There are a few possible reasons why your Gift Card might not be working as expected.
Your Gift Card is expired:
The expiration date on your Gift Card is usually set to be 3 years from the date of issue. Once this date has passed, then unfortunately your card is no longer valid.
Your Gift Card is not yet activated:
If you received an online Gift Voucher via email, it's possible that the card hasn't been activated yet. Please wait 24hrs and try again.
Your Gift Card has been redeemed:
If you've already used the funds on your Gift Card during the checkout process, the card won't be valid for any further purchases.
