When your Click and Collect order is ready for collection, a representative from your chosen store will reach out to you via SMS.
Once you receive the message, you'll have a seven-day window to collect your Order.
In case we can't get in touch with you after this period and no extension has been arranged with the store, your Click and Collect Order may be canceled, and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
